Brooke grew up in scenic Weaverville, North Carolina, which is located 15 minutes north of historic Asheville. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an Arts & Science degree with a concentration in Theater Production and Costume Design. She then moved to Los Angeles, California, to continue her studies at Makeup Designory, where she became licensed to do hair and makeup in the film industry. A few years later, Brooke moved back to Charlotte to be closer to family and friends and spent ten years as a business manager and makeup artist at Laura Mercier and Chanel.

 

When the onset of COVID brought the cosmetic industry to a halt, Brooke took her 15 years of experience in sales and customer service and applied them to becoming an NAR member. The move into residential real estate sales was a perfect fit, and she quickly grew her business, which led her to a love for new home construction. Brooke has since received an amazing opportunity to return home to Weaverville, NC, where she is currently the Listing Associate/NAR member for Madison-Simmons Homes and oversees a new 100+ unit townhome community in Asheville and an 11-home community in Weaverville.
